Entry to our special night includes great dishes and appetizers from Bambolina - all materials, inks, papers, squid and octopus.  This event will be held at Bambolina Restaurant in Salem, Ma. and will be limited to 30 people 6PM -9PM. Squid printing demo will start @ 7 and printing will be from 7:15 to 9:30.  Chef Tim will start the evening with some special creations inspired by inky little friends with plenty to go around. All attendees will walk away with a fully belly and their own gyotaku creation ready to be framed.
